Considering that there are 2 opposite answers to that question in this current post I guess the question makes quite a lot of sense I haven't lived in Spain for like 7 years. According to Cryoc I couldn't play for Spain/EU, but I would say the most common factor is citizenship?

I don't quite agree. By that logic, anyone living in England and playing soccer in Premier League would also be viable to play for England in the World Championship. Simply for living there.

Is it bo3 or bo1? When the games should be played? Deadlines? Channels? If you want to create good event, you should pay more attention on details!

The thing that bothers me is that we don't have any statement on if the matches are bo3 or bo1. We don't know what to do and how to contact our opponents, especially when we 'can play whole week' but when we get back from our job the LATAM are going to work, and when they get back from their job we are in our beds. So what we do during this whole working week? How to get our opponents to play vs them? How do they get us to play? We need an additional layer of info so to be able to play and organize this whole thing. Currently, it looks like it is in 'alpha stage' and not yet ready to kick in.

This only works with a set calendar and a common discord channel though and a very clear rule book (see bwcl 49 page for example).

People need to get discord, and they need to arrange a time with their opponent once the opponent is arranged. People have one week to do this, as long as team captains submit lineups in due time, even in EU vs SA scenario they should be able to find one 30 minute period during the week where both are home and awake. It would be much, much harder to find one timeslot that would work for everyone. (Myself, I have a hard time playing bwcl because it's on a fixed schedule, while STPL is much easier because we can preplay games. ) Maybe there needs to be some type of contingency 'what do we do if the players can't find corresponding schedules' plan but my experience is that people are pretty flexible and agreeable.
