It is the prices mandated by Razer, as you will find in their various respective online stores around the world. So criticism about the disparities in prices should be directed at Razer (there is a contact e-mail in the op post, by the way). What strikes me as odd here though -- and unfortunately TL did not sufficiently address this in the opening post -- is that, even though Razer provided TL with a certain quantity of products by sending said products to TLHQ in the United States to be sold and shipped from there, different prices in different currencies for various countries still apply? All the products purchased through the TL store are sold and shipped from the same place to the world and thus should all be priced in USD and everyone should thus be billed the same price (i.e. the $19.99 USD as advertised for the U.S.). If the former assumption is not true, i.e. the products are not actually sent by TL from the United States but instead by and from the various Razer stores around the world with different prices and different currencies, then I am afraid TL (and Razer I guess) did not sufficiently make this clear. And if that is truly the case, why then do people have to pay more in shipping costs than when buying the same product from the Razer online store in their respective country? Be that as it may: Seeing as a lot of people here have on impulse ordered one or more products right away even though they could barely afford it, please take note of import value-added tax (VAT) that may be applicable in your country of residence other than the United States (and I guess Canada) which you will have to pay on top of what you already paid. I posted a little warning about it earlier in this thread (which you should consider if you're on a tight budget already): http://www.teamliquid.net/forum/viewpost.php?post_id=13841041

I don't understand why this isn't the same price for every Team Liquid fanboy (and girl).

Disappointing to say the least... First you charge me higher prices then for Americans, then you ask an outrageous amount of money to ship and then i can't even buy more then 1 per order.

Customs also usually makes no distinction between actual item value and shipping costs. The total amount will be taxed (as per Paypal statement or other which you need to provide customs with, if the shipment gets caught). So say you live in Germany and order the Goliathus Liquid mouse mat from the TL Store (based in the United States) for 19.99 EUR (~$26.51 USD) plus the international shipping cost of an additional $15 USD (~11.31 EUR) for a total amount of ~31.30 EUR (~$41.51 USD) as advertised. You then will be taxed for an additional ~5.95 EUR (~$7.89 USD) due to 19% import VAT. In the end you will have paid ~37.25 EUR (~$49.40 USD) plus had the hassle to go to your local customs office to pay and retrieve it while providing your payment statements (printout of Paypal e-mail usually). I had to deal with this when I ordered the Liquid horse logo 3-pack shirts from the TL store at the end of last year. After a month I had a nice little notice from the local customs office in my mailbox. I wrote about all of it here: http://www.teamliquid.net/forum/viewpost.php?post_id=13411357 Razer is an international company and thus has various EU online stores (through eu.razerzone.com) where the Goliathus Liquid mouse mat is also offered for the same price. Apparently, the product is currently out of stock there but looks to be restocked soon (you can leave your e-mail address to be notified). The major benefit here for most Europeans is that shipments within the EU are not subject to import VAT. Also, shipping time is vastly reduced (a few days) and shipment costs tend to be lower (with DHL Express as little as 5 EUR for Germany, 7.90 EUR for Spain, Italy, France -- full list and info here: http://www.razerzone.com/shipping-guide/?locale=de_DE). For those wondering what the TL Gift (which they seem to have run out of by now) will be, here is a little clue... + Show Spoiler + http://twitter.com/#!/NyxRose/status/165574332574203904 and no, it's not the shirt or necklace thanks and agreed!

I am really glad that, the mousemat's are back in stock. The only thing is that your webshop only supports, PayPal, which i simply do not have (and it takes too much time with verifying to create it now). Now i knew that before they also sold them in the RazerStore, where I for example can pay with IDEAL. But I just checked and the Razer Store still syas that the mouse mats are out of stock.. Will they also get back in their stock? because I really want one, but just simply don't have paypal to pay at your shop... Regards
