I'll copy my post from gg.net http://sc.gosugamers.net/thread/227355

To use this on MELEE MAPS:
Add this feature to, say, use map setting observer maps. Everything starts out as normal, except that the screen where the players start will be for example on the middle of the map which NO ONE has vision of. The screen will then instantly be moved back to their main, and the crashing building is removed. Because the triggers will bring the screen so quickly to the middle of the map and because no one will be quick enough to react, everyone will have a fair start even if you lose 1/10 of a second in sending your workers to mining.
Now the real cool thing is this: ANYONE using maphack will see this building and cannot avoid it. the triggers keep saying 'toggle this building', but a starport or such CANNOT be toggled. Therefore anyone who SEES the starport will crash.
This is 100% sure method to crash any maphackers if you're using use map settings.
This can bring so much safety to every offline league around. Since automining(bwchart) will be instantly detected, maphacking will be instantly detected (this method) it will be so cool if people start using it.
[EDIT] Oh and this could possibly be added to melee/one on one/top vs bottom games too, but in that case you need to alter the game engine itself a bit and make everyone use a mod. (Which might not matter either way for iccup for example since everyone would run the mod same time as they run the antihack. but in this case those who dont have the program running will crash the moment the game starts since the 'starcraft' isnt the same)
Also, I've posted again on the thread at gg.net and I might post again later, so before making huge complaints and rants why this sucks, I recommend you check it out

I think an easy way for maphackers to get out of this is to have their hack off at the beginning, and turn on their hack after their game starts by pressing "insert". sorry but good try.

How do you know what key triggers the maphack?

Ya, sorry but this has been around for a long time and doesnt really do anything because most map hackers don't have their hack on at the beggining of the game.

Was thinking that too.

That's what I said
This is what I said on gg.net:
In theory yes they could. I'm not sure how various hacks work. Someone could possibly tell if its even possible to toggle it on/off just like that once the game has started. And if the maphacker pauses after the test to turn it on, its quite evident whats going on, especially if its a, say, bo5 and it happens every game.
Also, You COULD add triggers which can completely randomly make such a check anywhere on the map which no one sees and no fighting going on so it wont ruin the game. It might not happen often, but will the hackers take the risk of getting caught any moment?
ya?

wasnt something out like this a few years ago?

the porblem is that map hacks im sure stay in a setting after the first game

How do you know what key triggers the maphack? I actually went to the infamous site to check it, and the hotkey really is insert hahahaha, busted

How do you know what key triggers the maphack? its semi common knowledge i would think

the only real way to rid of the maphack problem is to track a hackers ip and kill him and his family so that they may not procreate. we'll set ablaze generations of hackers, and possible hackers, all at once.

when ever I'm in a melee game in a ums map and it does this check I leave the game. Then I go find someone else to game with.

Why would him knowing how to operate a maphack mean anything to anyone

Because he can't game with the same people, having already been dropped from their game for hacking.

In addition to simply disabling the hack during gamestart, the maphacks can easily be fixed to avoid the crash. They already did this for some UMS maps which use a similar protection.

for one the screen changing position is annoying second i typically game with friends and for fun third if some douche thinks this is a good way to detect hacks let him go game someone else. forth i've never hacked
