Get ZoneAlarm; it shouldn't cause you to lag (nor should any other firewalls, unless it's a really bad one or something). Be warned, though: many modern viruses are programmed to terminate any anti-virus and firewall processes running on your computer, so it might not work =/. PS: With ZoneAlarm -- and probably other software firewalls -- you'll still be able to create/join games and everything too . Bill I had Zonealarm for some time (still do) and I don't know why, but after my brother play like some other game like counter-strike or something, I leave the Zonealarm on and goto SC:BW - when I try to connect to server, it stops at Querying something something (w/e) and it stops there, I press ESC to reconnect, but then it freezes at black screen and have to restart. This happens often. Problem? | ||
