No billing to my account yet, but no way to cancel purchase from the website. I wasn't able to get ahold of Blizzard support on the phone, either. *sigh*, I knew I should have just drove to Wal-Mart and bought the retail version. | ||

Talked to a very nice CSR, she fixed the problem in 10 minutes, gave me her personal e-mail and told me to e-mail her if I had any other problems at any time in the future. Battle.net and BlizzStore may have lost points, but Blizzard, at least that CSR, definitely won my respect. Still, it's inexcusable that clicking the purchase button once would put 4 copies of SCII in limbo in my account. They had plenty time to look into and fix some of the kinks that are coming about in my opinion. | ||

Took me almost 20 phone calls over 30 minutes to get to them, only to wait in a 45 minute queue. Thank god the person I spoke to wasn't a twit. | ||
