I think we need an example of a good op in the strategy forum guidelines, so that people can figure out what is blatantly a shitty thread and which ones are worth responding to when making their op. Or you can have a big flashing sign under the create new thread button that reads: "Don't Make a Shitty Op pl0x!" edit: and with no effort to fix his terrible thread + right after the purge | ||

Fe toss vs 3 hatch muta Honestly, even if I manage to get up cannons/archons or cannons/sairs or whatever (which for some reason feels like it takes too long), I still have waaay too much trouble getting any kind of ground army going in time to stop him from taking the whole map. Should I just stop FEing? I really feel like I'm so bad at it that I give up all map control. Course, I have no idea how to transition a 2 gate opening into standard pvz (whatever that is...) lol | ||

Scout it... Really the only like all in zerg can do in zvp is like 5 pool. Else you should notice zerg building up units to storm your base. | ||

If your going for the standard FE into stargate/citadel BO your sair should scout his tech when his spire is almost done and you should continue sair production and add 2 cannons at each mineral line (more if you see he continues to mass mutas/scourge.) The constant sair pump till you have 5-7 along with the cannons should be plenty to protect you while you add on gates and go zeal/goon/storm/obs and prepare to take your 3rd and pressure his 3rd/try and deny his 4th. I wonder if your beginning BO isn't correct and your sair is slow in scouting him perhaps? | ||

late nat gas = all-in in fact, just get like 5 cannons at expo and 2-3 in your main, just to be safe. | ||

I still mess up probe transfer in timing and I think amount, and I seem to not have enough money to do everything that I feel like I should be doing, but at least I don't mess up probe pumping lol. idk, it feels like if i'm pumping probes, adding pylons, and pumping sairs that I mess up my timing on the whole citadel, +1atk, templar archives, adding gates, leg speed, adding cannons. If I know he's going mutas (like, a lot), when should I add cannons in there, how soon should my gates be up, and how the hell do I have enough mins for gates+cannons while having enough gas for sair pump + tech + archons. lol Time to go practice a bit and watch some reps. I should be able to get this straight soon lol. Oh and btw, it doesn't help that I'm only like 80-90 apm xD I've been doing okay in general, but most of my exp is in PvT and PvP, so I'm basically learning PvZ for the first time. | ||
