Because all his larvae were making lings and ultras and it still wasn't enough to kill the mm? The vessels didn't matter at that point.

either way, all that really matters is that anytime wins
<333 anytime!!

no hydra mount at all. Just mutas -> ultra

Ya not anticipating at least 1 drop when you know your opponent has 2 ports is pretty bad.

I don't think he had an hydra den even.
He really teched very fast, did NOTHING with his mutas except defend an expansion (but losing 5 mutas in the process to about 12 marines, 2 firebats and 4 medics). Then he lost his Defiler Mound, and bad scourge use and Ultralisk use caused him to lose a lot of lisks quickly to irradiate. Ruby then proceeded to roll over.
A few lurkers would ahve been a good idea. I think Savior teched too fast.

The game sounded like this... sAviOr defends his fourth gas then Ruby drops and kills defiler mound. sAviOr dies Is that all that happened?

Well savior still had some defiliers left over from before his mound went down. He couldve protected them at least long enough to get a swarm or 2 out in front of his nat if he had some scourge. But thats just theorycrafting

The purpose of the build is to skip Lurkers and use that gas for Ultralisks.

although losing scourge or having low unit count \"isn\'t very good,\" it didn\'t really have the most critical impact on the game. doing the fast ultralisk tech style savior is doing is a momentum play. you look really dangerously weak in the early game, but then you stabilize up, and you are good to go (w/ 5 gas yaaay).
however, since savior lost a handful of units in the midgame (again totally ok) he needed that defiler mound to stay alive.
sadly, it didn\'t stay alive. so, ruby was allowed to just walk up to savior\'s front and smash his face in half. simple game, but still very nice play by ruby from start to finish. excellent turret placement if i might add
cause of that was ruby had army in front of saviour's nat. really couldn't pay attention to other things(dropship) since saviour doesnt know when he gonna just rush in.
after dropship owned his tech builing, ruby just rushed in.

Anytime v Kal is starting soon!

yeah, savior teched too fast. the strat he used needed the defiler the most. without is is like fighting a brick wall.

savior went fast muta --> ultra tech (very standard) ruby goes fast expo --> 7rax 2port vessel (very standard)
savior is looking good w/ 5gas (6th morphing) but is low on units. savior is not worried because he has defilers!
ruby makes a big drop on savior's back expo, killing 2 evos and defiler mound. ruby knows there are no swarms to worry about, and attack moves savior's front.
?????

The purpose of the build is to get raped by SKTerran.

yeah that's exactly what i'm saying.
the front bustin couldn't have happened w/o the defiler mound being dead. pobre savior hahaha. he must be feeling so much pressure these days

Well, I think that in that situation where his harass was totally useless, he shouldn,t have continued on with that. But that's my opinion.
I know about the muta harass => Ultra build. However, if you can't kill a single SCV, try to stay alive before thinking about Ultras. That's where i think Savior made his mistake, in not adapting to Ruby's play and the flow of the game.
