And we have seen these guys play each other not that long ago. It would be best if MLG tried to keep a half half ratio of foreigner/korean maybe its just me but i dont feel hyped for Arena 1 at all when i already know that either DRG or MKP VERY likely win it. Even with half foreigners there, we would still see DRG or MKP probably win it and crush a few foreigners on the way instead of playing some close games vs other Koreans.

But then there is always hope of an upset. And there is too much korean vs korean going on with the GSL already. And im pretty sure most ppl enjoy watching foreigner vs korean matches the most. (Obviously with foreigners that actually do have a chance not total walkovers).

Yep, and now when DreamHack Stockholm is on the same weekend as spring arena 1, I don't think that there will be that many people who pay to watch the spring arena

It implies that he is playing and doesn't want to be up all night. Those who had not qualified from the prior MLG/ladder ranking have to buy a $10 pass to play.

All I can find is the generic news post on mlg website with dates. A week or so ago I accidentally stumbled upon a link listing the players who were signed up. Can't for the life of me find my way back to that link on MLG website. Can you explain this process a bit more in depth MLG? Or send a mail with the info to players with passes. I literally have no clue where to go or what to click. Just banking on the fact that a mail will drop into my inbox or MLG will enlighten me in some other way before the 13th.

Players can't even find their opponents 'cos 1) The char codes aren't displayed on the bracket 2) The site won't load 3) The main channel is full (of spammers) Tragic.

A) checkin supposedly starts at 7:30, everyones checked in at 7:50 B) we're alerted that we should have brackets come up any time now C) no brackets come up D) bracks come up but they are defected E) resetting brackets - 30 minutes elapsed F) 8:30 brackets are fixed once more G)brackets are actually not fixed, site is constantly crashing and no one admin is responding now 9:06 tournament was supposed to start at.. 8:00? Nothing has happened, no updates, some players tried to play their first match and have no place to report it, others cant access the site at all. footnote: the chat is a giant flood of troll and everyone spamming at each other. If you watch Destiny's stream you'll get the jist Overall worth 0/10 dollars

Sincere apologies. The tournament will continue and will still yield proper qualification results, but this is not the user experience we pride ourselves on with our tournaments. Again, this is not okay and we will address the errors immediatley tomorrow.

I won my first round match and cant upload, should I waste the rest of my night waiting or just try again tomorrow?
