Yesterday we saw the first four groups fight it out, now the second 4 are coming up. Click the spoilers for first day results:
+ Show Spoiler +Group A: Oov 5-0: No surprise here, he is a monster. Lamer 4-1 : Nice to see Lamer advance. LoWeLy 2-3 Korporal 2-3 Leg 1-4 ThuocLao 1-4 Group B: Draco 5-0: The great white hope? Has a good chance against any pro T, July is his biggest barrier. Midas 3-2: Wow, he got lucky. If Mondragon had thrown a game to Cobo, Midas would have been out. Fortunately for Midas, Mondi is more manner than him. (In 2004 Midas threw a game so he wouldnt fight Xellos in the playoff round) Mondragon 3-2 (doesn't advance due to his loss vs Midas) Cobo 2-3 Big victory vs Midas Artosis 1-4 Escape 1-4 Group C: Odin 4-1: Some strong Brazilian play. Dashwriter 3-2: Not a surprising second place. Ptak 3-2 Vanilica 3-2 botanik 2-3 BeefHart 0-5 Group D: Zelotito: Nice play from the spaniard. I would like to see him do really well. Masterok: Who? Who cares, awsome play, eliminating the heavily favoured jaystar. Good job! Kashu 3-2 Darki 2-3 Jaystar 2-3 Cloud 0-5
Today will feature the next four groups (my predictions are bolded):
Group E: Testie White-Ra Raven Squall Slash maix
This is a tough group, so I expect someone to be advancing with a 3-2 score. One or two upsets could make it a real mess.
Group F: Ex Angoc Suker StyM Overdrive Selector
Ill give some love to the old school, and I would also love to see a Viet player advance. Ex will probably do it, but I'm looking for some upsets.
Group G: Moonzerg Absence Caleb JulyZerg Legend StarEagle
As much as I love Caleb, this is going to be a walk in the park for July, and I expect Legend to do well.
Group H: Androide Pheonix Reason Steelheart Technics ZergRaptor
Love him or hate him, Androide always comes to play. Also, ZergRaptor might just surprise some people who have overlooked him thus far.
This is what the bracket looks like when determining the playoff round.
Post your predictions, speculations, and then keep those of us with no stream up to date with the results!

Angoc any good? has he beat any well known gamers prior to WCG?
Angoc > thuoclao > leg (inactive)
therefore Angoc will advance.
