- Qatar World Cup 21. November - 18. December ~ 25 games in 100 days for the big teams - normalish after December 26th, later for reasonable leagues - CL/EL/CL weeks: 06.09, 13.09, 04.10, 11.10, 25.10, 01.11 - only one national team break last week of September - does Covid exist or not? Perhaps it might matter in winter but will definitely banned in Qatar - the possible advent of the 24 team 2020 Club World Cup in China - will Pande actually bother to update the links in the OP this season?

In my past six or so years of supporting Arsenal, this is the most optimistic I've been going into a season, so I'm ready for my heart to be broken again

I think it will still be the most competitive of the big leagues, with no one side standing out hugely. However, while last year there were 4 realistic title challengers at the end of the season, this time I think there will only be 3. I also think the huge race for 4th will not be as competitive as last year.
- Inter get Lukaku back but will be disappointed to have lost Perisic. I see them as being just as strong as last year. - AC did lose Romagnoli and Kessie but should be strong again. - Juventus have Vlahovic from the start of the season as well as di Maria and Pogba now. Pogba may flop but I think he will be strongly motivated to silence a few doubters. di Maria is still a beast. Last year they had to do a mid season reset and still were challenging until late. - Roma have recruited heavily so could make a jump but it's hard to tell. Dybala is a big pickup. They are the hardest to predict for me. It's Jose after all. - Lazio were not quite in the picture last year but they have the best goalscorer in the league so always a chance. Also picked up Romagnoli. - There will probably be a significant dropoff for Napoli. Insigne and Koulibaly are gone who have been titans for them. Ospina is gone too. All three are very hard to replace. - Atalanta are in a strange position with the upcoming rule changes to loans. They had a stupid number of players out on loan who are back and they need to decide what to do with each of them. I don't see them being competitive for top 4 let alone the title. They were dogshit when it mattered in the latter stages of last season.
1. Juventus 2. Inter 3. AC Milan 4. Roma 5. Lazio 6. Daylight

I'm actually a bit excited for that for the sole reason that every player should be at his peak or at least not as tired as they would be after a long season when the cup is in summer. Public viewing with mulled wine
Actually i'm excited to see what La Liga will give us this year. Barcelona seemed a lot better in friendlies and have a bunch of strong signings so the title race should be a lot different.
EPL will be the same old same old, 2 for the top, but now Arsenal and Chelsea battling for 3rd.
The rest of the leagues will be the same as ever I guess.....Bayern will win, Juve will return and PSG will dominate. Actually for PSG im excited to see how Vitinha will fit. Amazing player but not sure if he will make an impact this season or only next one.
Seeing all the teams reject Ronaldo and him having to go crawling back to United is quality. Can't believe it took until 10 days before PL for him to train with them

He's overrating himself. The problem is that you have to build the team around him and he has massive wages. That'd be fine for a young Ronaldo but clubs can't justify that anymore for a 36 year old.
Swedish goaltender did look pretty meh at multiple occasions in that game. Certainly at goals 3 and 4. This has nothing to do with gender btw. We all remember Tommi Piplica, right?
