At the Ongamenet website,
www.ongamenet.com, they have had a system where you can watch old old VODs from OGN ONLY. Unfortunately it requires a Korean ID, and some knowledge of the Korean language. I'm gonna explain a few steps that MAY be able to help... hopefully.
1. Get to the website.
http://www.ongamenet.com/index.asp2. Log in. I've created an account so everyone can use... but please, I must ask that you do not change any private information on it because it's on my Korean Citizen Number.
ID: Live2Win@Paran.com
PW: Liquid
3. You come to the main page. You want to find "The Replay" section. To make it easy, open find (CTRL+F) and type "The Replay". When it highlights it, click on it.
There should be 2 boxes with lists there. One says "VOD", the other says "MAP". Click on VOD and choose a Starleague, Dual Tournement, or Challengeleague from your choice.
4. Now here's the problem. The list is in Korean. So how do we find something like MyCube OSL? In order to fix this to the best of my abilities, I'll create a list of starleagues in Korean and English.
2001 Hanbitsoft Starleague -
2001 Coca-Cola Starleague -
2001 SKY Starleague - SKY
2002 NATE Starleauge - NATE 2002
2002 SKY Starleague - 2002 SKY
2002 Panasonic Starleague - 2002 Panasonic
2003 Olympus Starleague - OLYMPUS
2003 MyCube Starleague - MYCUBE
2003 NHN Hangame Starleague - NHN
2004 Gillette Starleague -
2004 EVER Starleague - EVER
2004 IOPS Starleague - IOPS
2005 EVER Starleague - EVER
2005 SO1 Starleague - SO1
2005 SinHan Bank Starleague -
The list can be confusing for those who don't know Korean, but you should be able to find what you're looking for if you look closely and look for the same symbols.
The list also contains various Dual Tourneys, Challenge Leagues, Proleagues, and special events. But I'm too lazy to translate them all. You'll have to ask me or anyone who can read Korean if you are looking for a specific game.
5) After you have selected your starleague, you choose the game you wish to watch. Again, it's Korea, so it may be difficult.
You'll have to use your common sence. If it says 16강B조2경기, that has enough hints for you to guess that it means Round Of 16, Group B, Game 2. Also, if you want to make sure the player's names are right, use this website.
http://www.e-sports.or.kr/progamer/progamer.htmlSimply copy the name of the player in Korean, then open the page above and hit "ctrl+f" to open find. Paste the Korean name, and it should highlight the progamer's name from the list, and next to it the player's aka.
Ex. 임요환 vs 김동수
Copy 임요환, open esports page.
Open Find (ctrl+f), paste
It highlights 임요환 and next to it says "SLayerS_'BoxeR'"
Copy 김동수
Past 깅동수 in the Find box.
You find 김동수 with the game name "Garimto"
Also, 결승전 means Finals.
6) After you choose the game to watch, click on the Orange box that says 일 반 VOD. The red one requires some money or something. So just watch it at low-quality.
That's it for now. Any questions, feel free to ask.
