there's not much there that is intellectually stimulating though

please erase this thread, since no 3 year old kids visit this site, no one should really post anything of value here, and if they happen to be 3 (aka enjoy the series) then they will not be posting anything of value here anyways, die faggots.
you could possibly go see all the movies this author took her work from instead of watching some stupid little kid go through the same adventures

NO of course not, i read a few of the books, which people kept saying "oh yeah that one sucked, wait till the next one! it gets better!" unfortunaly i got to the end and it was still pure homosexuality, page by page, enough to make any non retarded 3 year old infant cry, choke on his tears and die.

i think there is something wrong with me. There is a poster of this girl at my bus stop, and i see it pretty damn often, but the thing is, it doesnt do anything for me! im just not attracted to underage girls! doctor please help me!

you mean you read more than one book? how can someone who claim harry potter is for faggots read more than one book?
I bet you will be the first one to run watching the movie, then cry everywhere that the movie sucked . It looks to me that you like the serie, but just doesn't want to admit it and act badass on an internet forum.

I haven't seen any or read any books but the trailer for this one looked cool and 10 year olds fucking love it
chronicles of narnia however.. THAT is something I greatly anticipate.

Thats called "curb stomp" or "california smiley" Its called that cause its a form of execution popular in California (sub legal of course) that leaves the victim ripped from ear to ear making a "smiley"

i'd be into chronicles of narnia if cs lewis wasn't basically a 20th century christian knight, with all of his writing just dripping with religious symbolism... it taints his story so much -_-
radcliffe is only one or two years older than his character harry, so i don't see the problem with that.
personally i've only read one or two of the potter books, they are entertaining, light reading, perfect as an introduction to the fantasy genre for the mass audience.

blah who cares if he was really really christian and filled his books with symbolism, it's still a good story
amusingly enough, just like the bible

oh don't get me wrong i'm still going to watch the movies, but knowing that background kills a little bit of the experience for me
i'm really happy that some of these fantasy series are being put to film or re-put to film now, when the effects can actually portray what is going on in the book
