Sorry if this is in the wrong section, i'm pretty new here.
Anyway, earlier today i played a guy named "MoreQQMoreGG", and after he failed at 6-pooling me, my game froze for a few seconds, and eventually popped up with a message daying "Desync!" With a button to a score screen that said "error - unable to load score screen"
Because the score screen didn't load, i couldn't report him ingame, but i did find his battle.net account: http://us.battle.net/sc2/en/profile/3578946/1/MoreQQMoreGG/matches As you can see he has only wins and ties, which is VERY suspicious; and on top of that he went from rank 3 silver to high master in 1 season, and judging by the lengths of the games, he's probably been 6pooling every game.
I was wondering if anyone had encountered this before, and how i can go about reporting him to blizzard, because i can't figure out how to add him in-game.

Yeah, I believe it's a new cheat of some kind.
And his character code is 224.
|
Thanks, i just reported him in-game, hopefully he gets dealt with soon. How did you find out his character code?
|
I googled his username
And yes, I made sure it was the same guy before I posted it.
|
Yes this desync program is making me pissed off I hope they deal with it soon

Ugh, this hack is nasty x.x I have hit it three times today... not my lucky day for ladder
|
Why the fuck would someone actually do that? Brag to their friends? That's about the only thing I can think of. Playing games where you either 6-pool or drop hack the sucker seems like the most boring, shitty, grindfest I've ever heard of outside of mining pure essence in Runescape. Seriously, it ruins the game.

Had same experience got to report the player however i was pleased over 1 thing game was a tie not a loss which is common to have when u re drophacked, so i wasn t rly angry about this and not much time was wasted

Blame this not on the hacking itself, but on blizzard for designing such a horrifying ladder system! I mean, if people at any level are using hacks to win, it means they are afraid of losing games; ladder fear, if you will.
Why? Could it be the ladder points or the league ranks? I could never understand why any of this matters to anyone (because you dont get a prize for being high ranked on the ladder lol), but some people are just crazy and think that winning is all that matters, or in this case, not losing.
I heard a rumor of an unranked "ladder" match option in HoTS. If it is real, I believe that this will be the most used feature of the game when it releases. I mean, to me and a lot of others, "ladder fear" sounds like the most retarded thing in the world, but it is a reality, unfortunately. However, even then, people will still hack and cheat to win games. It is just part of human nature to be greedy and destructive towards others.

I think blizzard could do a bot that ban thoses kind of profiles automatically. You just can't make taht many ties in so little time. By just counting the outcome of the result+ the length of the game (eventually if there were some kind of disconnection), you can easily look at the distribution for the regular people and ban people with 99,999% probability to be right. That would at least prevent this kind of hack to toutch high level MMR

Seriously?
People have been cheating and hacking in every multiplayer game where the opportunity arose, regardless of ladders and such.
Someone who just mass-drophacks doesn't do it because he's afraid to lose, but because he's bored and wants attention / to annoy others.

This happend to me 2 some days ago. Freeze into desync into tie.. I didnt remember his name tho and when I watched the replay he was only listed as "player 2" so I couldnt report him. Made me sad t.t

This is just such an obvious hacker. The amount of ties just speaks for itself.
|
I won't ever understand people like that. Funny how video games show how many sociopaths retards are ready to ruin the game experience to everyone (including them actually) by shitting on opponents with hacks only to get a non deserved rank and feel superior.

People have been cheating before windows came out, it has nothing to do with ladder fear...
