about fake reps: the best way to maintain replay authenticity would be for people to have a naming pattern for replays (that involved progamer names), and to have replays sorted in folders by league/year. when you download a rep, use BWChart to check APM levels/hotkeys/basically confirming what you expected to see. you can always report people that are sharing deliberately fake reps to the operators, and they can decide what to do from there, such as warning or banning. i already have a DC++ hub that i can run, if need be, but i figure someone a little closer to the TL.net staff would be a more suitable choice to run such a place. if you think it's a good idea, ask me for any details. | ||
