okay, i have 3 computers, one desktop and two laptops. okay, so, whenever i go to microsoft.com, the laptops work(wireless) but the desktop(physically connected to router) would not. anyone have suggestions? i have ran virus scans, malware scans. its REALLY WEIRD. on my laptop i have pinged microsoft.com and it doesnt ping it, yet when i go on the website it loads. the desktop loads to "address not found." help thx.
okay, so i have a linksys 54g router, and i was trying to bridge it with my modem. modem's protocol was now on bridge mode. my router i changed it into PPPoE mode and inserted my username / password. wam, internet works then it drops after 1-2minutes. i have NO idea wtf is going on. now, i configured the router with my laptop and it works fine. havent lost net in 5+ minutes, what should i have done with my computer(desktop), did i do something to it so it loses net?

so i never knew about the network wizard from windows, its so great, the issue was my DNS, it was pointing to the wrong direction. after searching on google, i gave up. linksys didnt help me, neither did verizon. so i called up an IT friend of mine, and he told me to use it. wow, this windows program rocks. bridged working perfectly.

i downloaded BW from blizzard.com/store, anyone had this issue before? the first error came from bnet where i tried to dl and it said something about storm.dll, i downloaded the 1.16 off blizz website and got the error as quoted.

ive turned the power mngmnt off for the wireless adapter settings so it wont shut down or anything to save battery. and i still lose net randomly. anyone know good solutions to this? ive googled around and no avail. its so stressful to lose net like that. its definitely not my router since other computers connect to it fine. is there something in vista i should do or what?
okay, my old laptops touchpad, when using in conjunction of left and right click together, it becomes a "middle" or "third" button. my sony vaio doesnt seem to be do that, anyone else have other ideas on how to find this middle button?
