I see what you did there, nice!
The last action was really weird but also added time was supposed to be 9 minutes, not almost 14. Was really weird, even when the ref announced two extra minutes.

Huge botch by both the lino and the ref. The lino was way too premature, in those situations you ALWAYS let the play develop. Ref could've ignored it I guess but it's on the lino to not queue the ref to signal for a free kick. Such a shame. I don't think Bayern win it in ET, nor would they win on pens anyways, but just really upsetting to see this game end that way.
Tuchel with another disasterclass subbing off literally every attacker to try to bus against RMA at home. Like... at least keep on Kane for SOME threat so RMA don't just hog your box.

Well that was a drama filled game! Crazy ending, Joselu man, guy was a failure at Stoke and Newcastle when they were getting relegated lol!!
I bet on Real in September to win and well, somehow they are going to win it again unless Dortmund go super sayian.
Shoutout to Vini last night btw, he looked world class, some of his runs and dribbling, first time i saw him more than "just" a pace demon with a finish, he was putting kimmich on TOAST!!!
|
Yeah Kimmich had little chances yesterday against him! Expected this to be motr even.
Also I never heard of Joselu before, we kept wondering who that guy is and if he even is a good striker, guess he is!
|
The funny thing about Joselu is that he is a Espanyol player, but when the club was relegated to the second division of la liga he was loaned to Real Madrid. So he is a loaned player from a 2nd division club xD
And I agree, Tuchel sucks at subbing so hard.

This Leverkusen game is something else.
Roma still an italian team oh well. Or lets say a south europe team

There’s some ridiculous stat that an ex-Stoke City player has been in the CL final (or semi or something I can’t remember off-hand) since 2013, Joselu in a long and illustrious line!

On the flipside I do feel substitutes and their wisdom is almost entirely judged by outcome rather than if it was a sensible call or not, so I’m not toooo harsh on all but the most daft.
Like if Tuchel had left things as they were he’d be being criticised for not tightening up and protecting the lead with defensive subs

At 1-2 they didn't even try to chase the goal they needed to stay in the tie, tried only to defend an insufficient win to be the ones to end the streak. The next few games I wanna see electrodes on Leverkusen players' heads, we need some research papers on what happens to them in injury time. The streak until winning Bundesliga is one thing, but the amount of last minute equalizers since then defies all odds.

Leverkusen plot armor is absurd.

A big round for Serie A in terms of European qualification and relegation. The only real dead rubbers are Fiorentina vs Monza and Juventus vs Salernitana
Napoli vs Bologna - a win for Bologna will wrap up a CL spot and also guarantee Napoli miss Europe
Atalanta vs Roma - the winner puts themselves in pole for the 5th CL spot, loser becomes vulnerable to being caught by Lazio and may end up missing Europa as well
Lazio vs Empoli - Lazio have to win to have a chance of snagging the 5th CL spot, and probably also to have a chance of finishing 6th and getting the Europa spot. An Empoli loss could leave them in the relegation zone if other results go poorly
6 teams are trying to avoid the last 2 relegation spots, none of them play each other. Hellas Verona vs Torino, AC Milan vs Cagliari, Genoa vs Sassuolo, Lecce vs Udinese and the already completed Frosinone vs Inter all have huge relegation implications

gg yesterday Pande Was a ridiculously fun game to watch, CHO scored yet again with an identical goal to his last 5, but once again Forest can't hold on to a lead for shit. The subs made the difference when Chelsea brought on Gusto and we responded by drastically weakening our left side defence and removing a midfielder for a striker so there was no cover.

Yeah having a bench is key in this division and we finally had one which turned the tide, especially when they are players like Nkunku, Reece James and Sterling, thats quite something!

It’s taken a while but at least something decent seems to be taking hold at Chelsea
Doubt they’ll bridge the gap to the Cities of the world next season but I can definitely see them being up there with the rest of the pack chasing

Idk, Chelsea are going to be in serious danger of points deductions next year unless they have an enormous fire sale.
They need to make a roughly 100 million pound profit to not get punished the same way Everton, Forest and Leicester have.

Mason Mount £55 million did not go through the books last year, that is waiting for this accounting terms, so lets say the £100 million profit is the number, £55 million head start, Maatsen is going for profit of £35 million (his buyout clause) so thats pretty much done as Broja is going too xD

Also you played much better, Amad looks ok and if your stupid coach learns to stop putting Casemiro CB and use one of your kids instead you might have a chance in some games, but until then, that guy a huge liability at CB lol
